Battery warranty
Every battery we supply and fit is genuine and warranty-backed. Here's exactly what that covers and how it works.
At Battery Zone, every car battery we sell and install comes with a manufacturer warranty of up to three years, depending on the brand and model. We register your warranty at the time of fitting, so if you ever need to make a claim, the process is quick and straightforward.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the stated warranty period.
- Premature failure of the battery under normal use and correct installation.
- Free diagnostic testing of your battery if you suspect a fault within the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by accidents, incorrect use, or fitting a battery of the wrong specification.
- Failure caused by a faulty charging system, alternator, or excessive electrical drain.
- Physical damage, tampering, or batteries that have been deep-discharged repeatedly.
- Normal, gradual loss of capacity at the end of the battery's natural service life.
How to make a claim
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, simply call or WhatsApp our team. We'll test your battery and charging system — often at your location — to identify the cause. If the battery is found to be defective and within warranty terms, we'll repair or replace it in line with the manufacturer's policy.
Keeping your warranty valid
- Keep your invoice or booking reference as proof of purchase and fitting date.
- Have any charging-system warnings checked promptly to avoid battery damage.
- Ensure the battery is only installed and serviced by qualified technicians.
